Please be advised of the following when visiting the office:

Arrival:

  • Please be prepared that you will be admitted into the office consult or waiting areas at your scheduled start time – please buzz up at your scheduled time and I will buzz you in and call you up in the elevator. Please DO NOT come up to the 4th floor until your scheduled time. If you arrive before your scheduled start time, please notify me via text and I will let you know if there is space for you to come up earlier. As a reminder, if you arrive late, there is a grace period of 15 minutes.

Departure:

  • Please be prepared to leave the office promptly when your session has finished and you are escorted out. Any clients needing to make use of the space for any reason beyond their booked session time may request to stay longer depending on availability. You will be charged at the rate of $50/hour for any part of an hour used over your session time. If you need to wait for a cab, train or have other needs you may wait in the first floor vestibule for a short period of time (10 minutes or less) or must make other arrangements of your own at one of the many indoor or outdoor public places in the neighboring area.

These measures are extremely important so that all clients can get their full session time without interruption and the schedule can be properly managed. It is also important because the office is a shared space and for the need to limit the number of people in the office at any given time to allow for proper cleaning and sanitization in between sessions for everyone’s safety and wellbeing.
